A few enthusiastic colleagues already use AI, the rest are waiting to see. In this phase we make sure everyone knows what AI can and cannot do, how to use it safely and which tasks can be done faster tomorrow.

Training

Copilot & ChatGPT in practice

A hands-on training for employees in two sessions, with a practice period in between. Participants work with recognisable examples from their own field and leave with prompts they use every week.

  • What AI is, what it does well and where it goes wrong
  • Asking good questions: giving context, following up, checking
  • Practice with sample files from your sector, using fictitious data
  • Works with Business Basic and with a Copilot licence, including mixed groups
  • Optional: an e-learning module for reference, protected with an access code
Workshop

AI session for leadership

A compact session in which the management team works with AI themselves. This creates a shared view of what AI can mean for your company, before decisions are made.

  • Agreements on ambition, pace and ownership
Advisory

Safe start: ground rules and licence check

Before usage grows, we agree on what is and is not allowed. We also look at which Copilot licence makes sense for which role, so you buy neither too much nor too little.

  • Inventory of current tools, licences and usage
  • AI usage guideline on one page: which information is and is not allowed
  • Advice per role: Copilot Chat, a Copilot licence or nothing
  • Short briefing for employees

All prices are indicative and exclude VAT. They are based on a rate of € 100 per hour per consultant or trainer, including preparation. After the introductory call you receive a tailored quote.

Licence insight

Business Basic or a Copilot licence?

Many SMEs have a mix. That is fine, as long as everyone knows what is possible.

With Copilot Chat you work with everything you provide yourself: text, a file or a question. A Copilot licence adds access to your mail, calendar and documents, plus Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. In our training everyone takes part, and afterwards you know which three jobs justify a more expensive licence.

Copilot training and e-learning for an engineering company

The company wanted its employees to learn to work with Microsoft Copilot. Shortly before the training, the group turned out to be mixed: some had only Microsoft 365 Business Basic with Copilot Chat, others a full Copilot licence.
