People are experimenting now. But where is the real business value?
A few applications work well. Now we want to connect more teams and processes.View phase 3
More and more people, agents and processes use AI. How do we stay in control?View phase 4
No fixed sequence. Ground rules for safe use are part of the start and grow along with you. All services and prices
The first gains from AI rarely come from big transformations. They come from recurring work in the office and in operations: searching, retyping, summarising, checking and reporting.
Alongside the growth path we solve specific problems that involve large volumes of documents. You don’t need an AI strategy for that.
Years of documents and versions, scattered across folders. We turn them into one reliable source that Copilot and other AI can work with, without moving a single original.
More on data structuringToo much to read by hand, too important to miss anything. We turn a file into a timeline, a core summary and points of attention, with a source reference for every conclusion.
More on dossier analysisWe don’t name our clients. We are happy to show what we do and how we approach it.
The company wanted its employees to learn to work with Microsoft Copilot. Shortly before the training, the group turned out to be mixed: some had only Microsoft 365 Business Basic with Copilot Chat, others a full Copilot licence.
Role, goal, context and format. The more Copilot knows, the more useful the answer.
A framework of Microsoft Copilot agents: one dedicated agent per client, drawing on that client’s folder.
View case Dossier analysisThe key question was whether three claims were legally connected, with a single payout, or not, with three payouts. The file contained policies, case law, correspondence and pleadings.
View caseWe combine business experience with data and AI expertise. That means looking at where it makes economic sense first, and only then building.
We start from your processes and bottlenecks, not from the technology.
Every step has a baseline and a concrete result. No report that ends up in a drawer.
We work inside your own environment, and where needed with local models.
Governance sized for your phase: light where possible, firm where needed.
Answer eight short questions and see straight away which phase your organisation is in and which step pays off most.
Is your question not listed? Feel free to ask it using the form.
Yes. With Business Basic you have Copilot Chat, and the key skill, asking good questions and judging the outcome, is exactly the same as with a full licence. We also show which tasks would justify a more expensive licence, so you can invest in a targeted way.
For most SMEs the impact is manageable, but not zero. Know which AI you use, make sure employees can use it sensibly and watch out for high-risk applications, such as AI in recruitment. Our AI Act page sets out the current timeline.
No. For most organisations it works the other way round: gain experience and discover where AI helps first, then build a roadmap. A strategy without hands-on experience often stays on paper.
Yes, preferably. We build most applications inside your own Microsoft 365 environment, so your data stays there. In training sessions we use fictitious sample data.
That depends on the phase and the scope. Our services and prices page lists indicative rates per service. After an introductory call you receive a tailored quote.
In a 30-minute introductory call we discuss where your organisation stands with AI and what a sensible next step would be. No obligation, and you get honest advice straight away.
