Step 1 of the Route AI approach

AI scan, maturity & roadmap

Where does your organisation stand with AI — and where will AI demonstrably deliver the most? The AI maturity scan gives an honest picture of your starting position and translates it into a roadmap with priorities. We then bring your people up to speed: with standard training or an on-site programme that embeds AI in daily work.

What the AI maturity scan measures

Successful AI adoption depends on more than technology. We assess six dimensions and show, per dimension, where you stand, what the target level is and which step pays off first.

Strategy & leadership

Is there a shared view of what AI should deliver and who is accountable for it?

Data & information

Is the information AI must work with findable, current and of sufficient quality?

People & skills

Can employees work with AI tools safely and effectively, or does usage stay with a few enthusiasts?

Processes & use cases

Which processes lend themselves to AI, and where is the biggest gain in time, quality or risk?

Technology & tooling

Does the current environment (Microsoft 365, Copilot, local models) match the ambition?

Governance & risk

Are roles, agreements and data protection in place before usage scales?

What you receive

  • Maturity profile per dimension: where you stand and where you want to go
  • Prioritised list of use cases with measurable business value
  • Roadmap for pilots, implementation and decision-making
  • Board-ready summary for management and stakeholders
The scan is always tied to a practical outcome: faster decisions, smarter work or better control — not a report for the drawer.

How we work

1

Intake & context

We review strategy, processes, data and decision needs to create focus.

2

Maturity assessment & opportunity analysis

We measure the six dimensions and assess use cases for value, feasibility and risk.

3

Roadmap & decision-making

You receive a concrete plan for next steps, governance and required capacity.

From insight to capability: training & programmes

A roadmap only works if your people can work with it. That is why we help organisations move forward with two forms of training.

Standard training

Practical workshops for leadership and teams: working safely and effectively with tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, using your own documents and work examples.

  • Half day or full day, on site or online
  • Prompts, working formats and ground rules for safe use
  • Directly applicable in day-to-day work

Tailored on-site programmes

For organisations that want to embed AI structurally in a work process. We design the solution, guide the pilot and train the team on the job — including administration and safeguards.

  • Solution designed around your own process and documents
  • Phased approach: baseline, pilot, feedback, roll-out
  • Administration, data protection and measurability arranged
Case example

Copilot agents for client memos

For an international service provider in the insurance industry we designed a framework of Microsoft Copilot agents that supports insurance managers in drafting client memos more efficiently and consistently: one dedicated agent per client, drawing on that client's folder and working to a fixed memo structure.

  • One agent per client provides data isolation, focused context and scalability
  • Shared instructions, standard prompts and memo template — managed centrally by the office manager
  • Phased roll-out: baseline measurement → pilot with one client → live demo → feedback rounds → roll-out
  • Data processed within the Microsoft 365 environment, with a DPIA before go-live
1agent per client
30%targeted time saving per memo
8 wksfrom pilot to full roll-out
6–7managers supported
A similar on-site programme is starting soon at a manufacturing company.
